Oversees the day to process of submitting claims to Insurance Payers and follow the life of the claim cycle from submission to payment.
- Scrub and review claims prior to submission to ensure clean claims submitted to insurances.
- Follow the services through the claim cycle: submission, follow up and work any denials that come up timely.
- Accounts receivable follow up, will work outstanding claims to ensure payment of claims. Provide monthly reports with accounts worked and status.
- Denial and Appeal management, will partner with the provider on any denied claims to recover payment.
- Posting of Payments, will post insurance payments, apply contractual adjustments and move patient responsibility to the patient.
- Bill Patient Statements, will provide monthly patient statements for patient responsibility not collected in the front office.
- Assist in Clearing House Enrollments, set up and maintenance
- Provide Monthly statistic reports
- Meet with provider monthly to go over statistics
- Assist and help front office with patient registration, benefit and authorization question (provider maintains benefit verification and authorization)

Full Services Billing includes all services outlined in Basic Billing Services package and to include the following:
- Benefit Verification, will verify benefits for services, note accounts with benefit verification and provide a copy of benefit of verification to supply to patients.
- Authorization Request, with the assistance of the treating provider, will submit authorization requests on behalf of the provider, note accounts and update authorization requirements in EMR/Billing software.
Recover & Clean Up Billing can be complicated and confusing, let me do the heavy lifting for you by going after your prior services you should have been paid
