I grew up in the Healthcare Industry and began working for my father in his Chiropractic Office. Knowing that every penny matters to a small business owner, I quickly learned that by working smarter I could help make a difference to the bottom line. With every no I was given by an insurance company, it fed my desire to figure out how to get yes.
It became a game to me, if I understood the rules of the game, I could find a way to win. That life lesson early on helped me to take on new challenges and develop the skill sets to navigate through the ever changing healthcare industry. My desire for continual growth has been evident throughout my career, which has led me to where I am today.
With over 35 years of experience, I have a full understanding of front end procedures to back end collections.
